The Mini Nico Skirt is designed with adjustability in mind, featuring elastic sides that fit loosely so there's minimal pressure from the elastic, and double drawstring ties to adjust the waist size as needed. The design has a pleated front, stitched seam down the front and back, a high rise and a slightly A-line shape for room to move.

I recommend selecting your size based off of the  size chart  hip measurement. The waist is very adjustable. Please reference flat measurements below as well to see minimum and maximum waist width of the skirt.
